What is Integro and how does it work?

Integro is an Integrated Network Amplifier.

It encloses a network streamer (powered by Volumio OS) and a direct-digital Dual mono Class D Amplifier (50Wx2 @ 8ohm).

Further, a Headphone Stereo Class AB Amplifier, placed on the front side, completes the product.

Which audio I/O does Integro implement?

Integro allows different analog and digital input connections:

  • RCA INPUT → suggested for unbalanced connections such for a pre-amped turntable or a tuner

  • S/PDIF Coaxial → suggested for digital sources such a cd player

  • S/PDIF Optical Toslink → suggested for digital sources such a Smart TV

  • Bluetooth input APTX/APTX LL → suggested for hi-res bluetooth connections such for smartphone or DAP

  • MicroSD card slot → to expand the internal memory and add music files in local

  • USB input → suggested for hi-res sources such an external digital player or PC platform

Integro provides:

  • a SUB OUT coaxial connection, for powered subwoofers.

  • A internal DAC, converting up to up to 192kHz with 24bit resolution and an integrated AMP with output power 2x50W RMS with 8 Ohm load, 2x70W RMS with 4 Ohm load.

  • A headphone amplifier with output power 2x300mW RMS with 64Ohm load, 2x480mW with 32Ohm load.

How does the first Integro setup work?

The first configuration setup process is very easy and it takes only few minutes.

Download the official Volumio APP (for iOS and Android).

Once fired up the APP, follow the step-by-step instructions.

Which features are included in the Volumio OS built inside Integro?

Integro comes with the full featured Volumio OS, preinstalled on the unit and ready to work.

How many devices the Volumio plan included in Integro can handle?

The Volumio plan built-in fits for the Integro device itself.

To handle multiple devices in addition to Integro, keeping them inside an account (I.e. for Multiroom purposes) you need the PREMIUM PLAN

Premium plan allows up to 6 devices, with Pro features.

Anyway you can still add, on your local network, other Volumio devices with FREE PLAN and see them all, together, in the User Interface.
