No, It's not possible

Volumio has a Bluetooth playback input function, not output.

I.e: you can stream Bluetooth audio from a device like a smartphone or tablet to Volumio device and listen the music via Volumio audio chain (DAC, Amp and Speakers connected to Volumio streamer)
