If the hardware is unfortunately defective upon receiving it, we can exchange it.
To initiate an exchange, please send an email here to explain your reason. Please insert in the object your order ID.
After authorization of the return, send the defective Primo back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we'll send a new unit to the same address entered in the original order.
N.B.: Any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded and are charged to the end-user.
