Status LED Turns Off After Green–Blue Transition

When the status LED turns OFF immediately after the green–blue transition, this indicates that the MCU firmware update process has started.

This behavior is normal.

During the MCU firmware update:

  • The LED may turn OFF temporarily

  • The update typically completes within 15–20 seconds

  • Once completed, the LED should become active again automatically

⚠️ Important:

During the MCU firmware update process:

  • Do not operate the device

  • Do not disconnect the power supply (PSU) under any circumstances

Interrupting the update may cause hardware damage.

When the LED Does Not Turn Back On

If the status LED does not become active again, this may indicate a potential hardware issue.

Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Wait up to 2 minutes

  • In some cases, the LED may take longer to reactivate after the update.

  1. Power cycle the device

  • Disconnect the PSU

  • Wait 1 full minute

  • Reconnect the PSU and turn the device ON

  1. Observe the LED behavior

  • If the LED becomes active again → the device is operating normally

  • If the LED remains OFF for more than 2 minutes after the second attempt → this indicates a hardware failure

    RMA Required

    If the LED:

    • Does not turn back ON

    • Remains OFF for more than 2 minutes

    • After the MCU firmware update has been initiated and

    • After performing the power cycle procedure

Please proceed with an RMA request, as the issue is classified as a hardware failure.
